It's All In How You Look At Things

How do you like it when you are talking and the other person is not listening? I can only imagine how God feels. He could be talking to us right now and we are not paying attention because we are wrestling with daily small stuff. I know He wants our full attention on Him but, that’s not always so easy. My day is full of distractions, distractions, and more distractions.

Is taking a quick glance over to Jesus better than nothing? If I seek a miracle, needing His strength, on my knees asking for patience, or fasting for success and wisdom…will a single glance be fair compared to what I am asking for.

Maybe it’s just me but, if you want to change yourself, it’s going to take some effort on your part right. Faith

requires doing it, having it, putting it into play. Have you ever asked yourself why you don’t pray for stuff? Maybe we don’t ask because we fear He may ask us to do something that seems impossible or risky or even uncomfortable.

God definitely doesn’t want us fearing life, nor do we want to live in fear. The only way to get stronger is to face it and put yourself out there. We all face the same struggles towards taking action. Sometimes it’s easy and sometimes it’s difficult, depending on the task, the mood, the affordability and the timing. If we have our hearts focused on Jesus, attentively, expectantly!

God will truly save us, guide us and give us the courage to do His will and reward us with the deepest desires of our heart. We are able and equipped to do His will. So today, do an about-face, eyes front, and let Jesus lead you to prosperity!
